What if it doesn't arrive in time?

Can I send it as a gift to another address?
Yes. At checkout, enter the gift recipient's address and add a note - we don't include invoices in gift boxes.
Can I change my box after ordering?
Yes, until October 17. Reply to your confirmation email and we'll switch it for you.
Is the packaging discreet?
The outside shows our brand name and nothing else. There's no product list on the label or in the shipping confirmation.
What if something is missing or damaged?
Send us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace the item or refund it.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, until October 17, any reason. After that, only if something arrives missing or damaged.
